Classic recipe Tatar triangles with meat and potatoes. They are especially delicious if you use a mixture of beef and chicken.
Ingredients
- 150 grams of sour cream;
• 50 grams of oil;

• spoon of sugar;
• flour.
For filling: - 0.4 kg of potatoes;
- 0.4 kg of meat;
• condiment;
• some meat broth;
Preparation
- Make the dough. To do this, melt the butter, mix with sour cream, salt, add slaked soda and sugar. The mass is well mixed and knead with flour soft lump. Roll the bun, cover and let him lie down for at least half an hour.
- Preparing the stuffing. Clean the raw potatoes and finely chop. Cubes should not be larger than raisins.
- Also cut the meat, send to the potatoes.
- Add the chopped onion, salt and any other spices at your discretion. Tatars like to add different types of pepper to the filling.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll out each cake.
- Lay out between them all the stuffing and make triangles.
- But not simple, but with a hole on top. Its diameter should not be less than 2 centimeters, otherwise it will be difficult to pour the broth.
- Send to bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
- Get echpochmak, pour into each a tablespoon of broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
