This dish must be one on your list to make during your "cheat day" (to those on diet🙂)or if you are in hurry to prepare for dinner (or other meal)because it tastes good, its juicy bite that is completely worth it ,quick and easy to prepare and the ingredients are always available.
This dish is always my favorite to prepare and eat everytime we have family gatherings, having foodtrip with friends or even eating in the restaurant infact, this dish is loved and enjoyed by several people.
Here are the ingredients:
1 kilo shrimp
Unsalted Butter
Small can (Sprite)
5 gloves garlic(minced)
Onion(you can also add parsely leaves,red pepper or you can add some spice)
Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Add shrimp,pepper and salt to taste. Cook and stirr occasionally until pink about 2-3 minutes. Pour the sprite to add more taste. Bring to boil and reduce the heat.
Serve immediately❤.
