Dear Steemian!
Today for my dinner I ate breaded parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota procera) which was really delicious. As an addition, cranberry jam tastes very good with this meal. The first thing to do is to bread the mushroom with breadcrumbs and egg, then fry it in a frying pan. It looks a little bit like a schnitzel but tastes a way better in my opinion.
