You guys do realize that this is an April's Fool joke and that pretty much no country in the world (not to mention developed countries like Japan) would make cannibalism legal (which isn't to say that there aren't certain other countries in Asia (you know the usual suspects with dictatorships and forced abortions in place) where you might be able to get aborted fetus soup - or at least placenta soup, but even that is of course, highly illegal and done completely underhand)
