Ingredients:
a cup of peas;
two spoonfuls of tahini pasta (sesame oil);
two cloves of garlic;
seasonings (coriander, red pepper, cumin);
salt
Cooking method:
Peas soaked, and then boiled for 40 minutes. The liquid should not be drained, some we leave.
To the peas, spice and garlic are poured out, add salt, tahini and taste with a blender. If the hummus is too thick, then we dilute it with water, which was left after boiling the beans.
