Stuffed holiday eggplant.
List of ingredients:
"eggplant - 2 pieces
"tomatoes - 4 pcs.

Cooking method:
The eggplant should be washed and cut lengthwise into plates approximately 5 mm thick,
not cutting to the end is noticeable 1.5 cm, so that the eggplants turned out
2 "fans". Each plate is rubbed with salt and pepper. Part of solid
cheese cut into plates, and 2 tomatoes to wash, dry and cut
circles. Between the strips of eggplant put in 2-3 circles

form for baking. The remaining tomatoes should be boiled and cleaned
from the skin. Then cut into small cubes and put on
pan with vegetable oil. Add crushed with
garlic, garlic, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Stir and fry
until the sauce is obtained. Prepared eggplants pour over the received
sauce, place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees around
20-25 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven
and bake for about 5 minutes. Put on a dish and decorate
greenery.
