Ingredients:
For stuffing:
Minced meat - 700 g;
Potatoes large - 1 pc .;
Egg - 1 piece;
Vegetable oil;
Salt;
Pepper;
Flour for breading.
For filling:
Eggs - 3 pieces;
Milk - 1/4 cup;
Greenery.
or for a mushroom filling: mushrooms - 500g, onion -2pcs.
For sauce:
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
Garlic - 2 tooth;
Cheese - 100 g.
Preparation:
- Peel and grate potatoes,
Press the liquid out. In the ground, add potatoes and
Egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. - Whisk eggs with milk, add greens and
to fry an omelette. - Cut the omelet into strips and roll up
each of them into a roll. - Make minced cakes from the stuffing, put them inside
omelet and form zrazy. Or inside lay out
fried mushrooms with onions. - Fry the zrazy on both sides on the vegetable
oil, then put it on a baking tray. - Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater,
mix with sour cream and bake until beautiful
