Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups of oatmeal (can be oat flakes liquefied)
- Sweetener of your preference
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla.
Preparation
Tritura the bananas in a container, add the 2 eggs, and the sweetener (sugar or shredded paper, 3 teaspoons).
Beat and toss two cups of oatmeal. Add a teaspoon baking powder (optional), in addition to Vanilla and cinnamon. Beat everything and add nuts (nuts, peanuts, raisins or chocolate chips). Cook at 220 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes.
