Who doesn't love cheesecakes?!!!
I'm totally in love with these yummiest and easy to make cakes.
Today I'm gonna share my quick and easy recipe for cheesecake that is deliciously superb !!!
Below are the pictures of Blueberry cheesecake that i made.
And here is my Strawberry cheesecake !!!
Ok!! So, recipes of both cakes are same.
Here it goes !!
Ingredients:
🔹️ cream cheese ______________ 900gm
🔹️ nestle yogurt _______________ 400gm
🔹️ condensed milk____________ 400gm
🔹️ cream ____________________ 200 ml
🔹️ lemon juice ________________ 2 tbsp
🔹️ gelatin powder _____________ 50gm
🔹️ candy and wheatable biscuits__1+1pack
🔹️ melted butter_______________ half cup
Preparation :
🔹️ Add biscuits and melted butter into a food processor and crush them using knife blade settings. Then take a spring foam pan/mould and line it with baking sheet. Now spread crushed biscuits on the surface of mould. Make a smooth and even layer. Put it into the freezer for half an hour.
🔹️ Meanwhile pour cream cheese, condensed milk, cream and yogurt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then combine lemon juice in it.
🔹️ Now take half cup luke warm water and add whole sachet of gelatin powder into the water and mix it until there are no lumps. To make sure it is lump free, you can strain it.
🔹️ Now add this gelatin into cream cheese mixture and combine it very well. You can add fruit sauce in it for flavour as well.
🔹️ Now take out the mould from freezer and pour the cream cheese mixture over it. And put it back into the freezer. For an hour or two.
Let the gelatin do the magic.
🔹️ Meanwhile you can work on topping. I used frozen blueberries that are available in tins.
For strawberry topping, I used fresh ones. And made the syrup myself.
Roughly chop the fruit and put it into the pan. Sprinkle some sugar over it and cook until syrup is made out of the fruit. Let it cool.
And spread fruit and syrup over the cake.
🔹️ Gently open the mould and serve a beautiful cake.
