we treat ourselves and our guests to Smoothie Bowls with delicious, nutritious toppings!
Today we blended frozen:
Beets
Cranberries
Mangoes
Pineapples
Bananas
Spinach
Strawberries
Blueberries
and added a bit of fresh apple juice to make it run smooth.
We poured it in a bowl and then topped it with:
Dehydrated Banana
Shredded Coconut
Dried Cherries
Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
