New potatoes with butter and dill, smoked salmon and bechamel with boiled eggs. I know it doesn’t look the most appealing but it’s the most delicious thing ever! I’ve been craving new potatoes since last summer, they are obviously only available in the start of the summer and taste way superior to older potatoes. They are sweet, small and the peel is so thin you don’t have to take it off.
As a little treat to those who cared enough to open the post, here is my torso sunbathing in the balcony. That’s what I’m doing for the day, might open the laptop in the evening to see what pictures I still have to be published.
