Greetings all you wonderful steemians! Anyone hungry? And by chance have you purchased a super cheap farmers bag of Korean sweet potatoes? No? Well, I have and I'm tired of boiling these sweet delicious treats, so I've decided to fry a few.
This only takes a few (20) minutes (depending on how fast you slice and dice). You will need some oil though. I used canola today as I was recently gifted some :)
So, what to do? Slice and dice, heat the oil in a pan and dump em on in. Keep a close eye on them, when they're a nice golden brown they are ready to go.
Pardon the poor lighting above the stove ;)
Take them out and put them on a paper towel to absorb the oil.
Next? Munch!
Keeping it short and sweet. Hope you all get a chance to fry a little snack of your own.
