The bad mood turns out to be influenced by food. There are some foods that are scientifically proven to make bad mood.

1. Fast food
Fatty acids in fast food are often linked to the effects of depression. Especially the fries that contain lots of trans fats that interfere with the balance of omega-3 in the body.
2. Cereal
Many cereals are relied upon as a breakfast menu that staying digadang can provide energy. But instead of energy, cereals contain high sugars but quickly decrease in blood sugar. When blood sugar levels fall below normal, stress hormones are released and can change mood.
3. Sweet foods
Again food containing sugar like cakes and donuts. In addition to high sugar, sweet foods also sometimes contain artificial coloring. This is what is often associated with reduced sensitivity of a person and makes children more hyperactive.
4. Drink soda diet
Artificial sweeteners in diet soda drinks contain an amino acid called fenilanin. In some scientific studies, such as the National Institutes of Health, phenylalanine has been shown to inhibit the production of serotonin, an enzyme that affects mood.
Research from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center shows that low levels of fatty acids are associated with pessimism, depression, and emotion.
5. Margarine and butter
Basically trans fats on margarine and butter are pure fat. But it affects people's moods.
6. Savory Snacks
Savory snacks such as potato chips containing MSG in excess levels can make a headache. A bag of potato chips contains a lot of MSG and food flavors that trigger headaches to weakness and feel tired.
