This morning I have decided to eat clean and start my day with healthy food/drink.
Home made juice of red grapefruit, orange & lemon
It's not that I don't like healthy food, I really do.
I just can't make myself eating clean like all the time or at least most of the time.
I'm very inspired by the way how I feel when eat healthy food.
I have much more energy, I'm not sleepy that much and don't feel bad.
Greek yogurt with probiotic, frozen raspberries & chia seeds
I'm also aware eating clean is one of the best things I can do for myself and my body.
Why do I need more motivation?
