INGREDIENTS
1- 3 chicken breasts
2- 1/2 c. sweet chili sauce
3- 1/3 c. soy sauce
4- Juice of 1 lime
5- 3 tbsp. olive oil
6- 1 tbsp. sriracha
7- 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
8- 2 cloves garlic, minced
9- 12 leaves romaine or butterhead lettuce, for cups
10- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
11- 1 carrot, shredded
12- 1 tbsp. Chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
1___In a huge dish, merge soup spices, soy spices, lime juice, oil, sriracha, cinnamon, and garlic. Stir to blend. Add poultry breasts to the ish and toss with spices.
2___Heat a huge bbq grill pan over medium warm. Add poultry and cook until golden with bbq grill marks and no pink remaining, 8 to 10 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate to let rest, then very finely slice.
3___Build your lettuce cups: fill lettuce glasses with poultry and take with red onion, green beans, and cilantro. Serve.
