Preparation of sausage roll

Ingredient :

1. Hot dog
2. 500kg of flour
3. 250kg Butter
4. Salt
5. 1 cube of Maggi
6. 1 table spoon of curry
7. 1 table spoon of thyme
8. Water
9. Hot dog
   Steps in preparation
   Open the hot dog and pour the water into a bowel. Remove the sticks and add one spoon of and one spoon of curry. 1 cube of Maggi add little flour break the sticks and mix. Measure 500kg of the flour and add 250kg of butter and add salt and mix properly with hand. After mixing add little water and continue mixing, sprinkle the table with flour take the mixed flour and butter and drop it's bit by bit on the table. Roll it's horizontal and then vertically till its become flat after sprinkle a little and continue rolling till a rectangle shape is achieved then rub water allover turn the hot dog mixed with d curry, thyme, and Maggi into the rectangular roll and cut into small pieces then put in an oven.
