I love cooking and if I should choose another job, my second job would be the chef!
Today I want to share my recipe to make amazing chocolate soufflè with hot heart :)
In a bowl
- 200 gr butter
- 200 gr good quality chocolate (I prefer dark chocolate)
- 90 gr sugar
In microwave or waterbath until it melts perfectly and it become smooth without lumps.
In another bowl mix - 4 eggs
- 40 gr flour
Mix until the mixture is smooth and add the chocolate mixture and keep mixing gently.
Cover 5 or 6 soufflè wraps with flour and put in the mixture.
Put everything in the oven 180° (celsius) for 10 minutes. Make sure they don't cook too much inside.
An advice: Let them rest 5 minutes out of the oven before plating and serving with powdered sugar if you like and some berry souce. Just use your fantasy!
