So this is one of a kind from Finland. People here eat this food in Easter time, it is called "Mämmi". It looks strange and tastes strange too for sure! LoL. Famous Easter food here in Finland.

Typical way:
6 l water
2 kg rye flour
600 g malt
2 tl Salt
2 dl Syrup
3 spoon bitter orange peel
2 spoon water syrup
Sima is a finnish drink, which is a famous drink in "Vappu". [Non-alcoholic version]
Vappu is a Walpurgis Night celebration here in Finland. Later on it have become a celebration for secondary school graduate's who celebrate and drink and have a crazy party in that evening. There's a alcoholic and non-acoholic version of this drink.
