Composition:
salmon pieces or salmon - 250-300g;
Potatoes - 3 PCs (medium size); onion - 1 PC.;
Cream (20% fat) - 250 ml.
black pepper - to taste.
Salt – to taste.
1. In a pot, boil salted water. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes.
2. Onions clean from the husk, cut in half and cut into half rings. Add to a pot of water the potatoes and onions, cook until tender.
3. Chop the salmon coarsely chop and add to vegetables. Cook for another few minutes.
4. When potatoes and fish are ready, pour in the cream. Stir the soup, and season to taste with ground black pepper and leave the saucepan on a hot stove for a few minutes.
5. Quick tasty soup with salmon ready.
