- Pumpkin peel, grated.
- Add salt, sugar, beat two eggs stir until smooth.
- Add the flour and again mix everything carefully.
- Heat the pan vegetable oil, with a tablespoon of the formed thin pancakes, put them on a heated pan and fry each side for about 2-3 minutes.
- The dish is ready.
