Are you a Potato Head like me?
I'm a huge fan of the Potato and always have been since I can remember. Having lived in the UK for over 30 years, I'd consumed a fair amount of potatoes in different forms such as mash, smash, colcannon, boiled, and a spectrum of different chips. Brits love their chips and that is why I had to let everyone know about a special shop dedicated to providing the best organic chips in the capital of Friesland. The place is called the frietstudio, which means chip studio in English. They truly are a work of art as you can see from the photos below. I love that the remnants of the potato skin are still attached to the chips, adding a rustic look to them. Now, us Brits do enjoy our chips in a good old newspaper, so we can soak up all that ink from the dirty tabloids, just joking, but I like their newspaper themed touch to the wrapping as you'll see further below.
