For today I have made another vegetarian recipe and I think this will be one of the best recipe I have ever done. It's a combination of vegetables, avocado and toast. I have spent a little more time to edit the photos, so you could understand easier the steps. I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much I did.
Ingredients:
- avocado
- tomatoes
- potatoes
- red peppers
- zucchini
- red onion
- garlic
- lemon
- bread
- salt
- olive oil
Here are few step that will help you make this recipe. First, you have to cut the potatoes and zuchini like in the photo below.
Next, you cut the vegetables and the avocado into pieces.
Take the vegetables from the photo above, and put them into a bowl. In another bowl put the avocado, chop it with a fork and add some salt. After that mix them all together and add lemon.
The next step is to take the mix between potatoes and zucchini and fry them. First, put the olive oil in a pan then you can fry this mix.
You can also toast the bread and that's all.
Now, you can enjoy this super vegetarian and healthy recipe with your family or friends.
