March vegetables: properties and benefits
The list of seasonal fruit and vegetables in March gives us a lot of choices on how to prepare it and focus on the properties and benefits we are most interested in.
For example, we can benefit of the antianemic, anticancer and detoxifying properties of Brussels sprouts which are also very rich in vitamin K.
