Materials needed :
- Squid that has been cleaned ink and cut into 3 parts
- Tofu
- 1 clove of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- Chili according to taste spiciness
- 2 bay leaves
- Little pieces of ginger
- Salt enough
How to make :
- Fried tofu with hot oil and cut into sections
- Saute onion, garlic, tomatoes, chillies, bay leaves and pieces of ginger that has been in the sliced
- After fragrant, input the squid that have been cut
Put enough water until the squid becomes tender
After that, input to tofu that already dice and add salt to taste and let stand a few moments
