Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside these meringues cookies are piped with a sultane nozzle, giving them such a unique look.
Ingredients:
- Lemon juice
- Egg Whites
- Sugar
- Pink Food Color
- Vanilla
- Sultane Circle, Nozzle
- Piping bag
Method:
- Clean a mixer bowl and whisk with Lemon juice to remove any trace of grease.
- Pour egg whites into mixer bowl.
- Take a medium baking tray and place a baking parchment and pour in the sugar.
- Warm the sugar for 7 minutes in oven.
- On the other side whisk the egg whites slowly for some minutes. After some minutes, speed to medium.
- When you have 30 Seconds left of the sugar being in the oven, turn your mixer up to high speed.
- Take the sugar out of the oven.
- With your mixer on full speed, slowly add 1 tbsp of the hot sugar into the beaten egg whites. (1 tbsp at a time, take your time)
- If you wish add pink food color and vanilla. Mix until sugar is mixed completely.
- Finally its ready when mixture becomes stiff.
- Take open sultane circle, nozzle(796)
- Fill the meringues mixture into a large piping bag.
- Start piping and then pull up.
- Bake for about 45-50 Minutes.
