I bring you Vegan Chocolate Glazed Sprinkle Donuts - inspired by this little emoji π©ππ©ππ» They are the BEST! I am so happy with them and I honestly think it is my favourite recipe of mine! I hope you will love them as much as I do! And they are so simple to make and a lot healthier than other donuts and sweets out there! π©Vegan Chocolate Glazed Sprinkle Donuts π©
Makes 6
donuts:
1 cup of wholemeal flour
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of soy milk
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Glaze:
1/2 block of vegan dark chocolate melted
1 tsp of coconut oil
Sprinkles
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
- Grease your donut pan with spray
- In a mixing bowl mix the soy milk apple cider vinegar and baking powder
- Then add the flour and sugar.
- Mix and pour in your donut pan and cook for 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees.
- Leave to cool for a few minutes.
- For the glaze melt the chocolate and coconut oil and dip the donuts in the glaze.
- Place on a rack and add sprinkles (the sugar kind or coconut )
