Method
Clean and wash the saum and kittu for 1 hour in suitable water. Filter by water and keep it aside.
Make the saum and kittu soft by grinding them in separate mixers with 2 table-spoon water.
Mix the paste of samsa, kittu paste, nariel, steal, banana, rock salt and cardamom powder in a bowl.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, add spoonful of solution and spread it in a round shape of 75 mm (3 '') diameter.
Using a little ghee, cook until it turns golden from both sides.
Make 14 pancakes using the remaining slurry.
Serve hot with sweet curd.
