Today I will share with you a recipe for rice from Asian cuisine. This dish can be both independent and garnish.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Long grain rice - 200 gr
2. Carrots - 5 pcs
3. Garlic - 5 cloves
4. Soy sauce - 100 ml
5. Curry - 2 tbsp
6. Salt and pepper
COOKING:
1. Thoroughly wash the rice, and soak it in water for 10-15 minutes. Boil.
2. Peel garlic and grate. Put the garlic in the oil heated pan and fry.


3. Peel the carrots and grate. Fry in a pan, where the garlic.



4. The carrots add soy sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.




5. Add to carrots boiled rice, curry, pepper, salt. All thoroughly and leave for 5 minutes.
