INGREDIENTS:
● Potatoes (peeled weight) - 700 g
● Sausages - 8 pieces
● Processed cheese - 8 pieces
● Flour - 3 tbsp. l.
● Egg - 2 pcs
● Salt - to taste
● Spices
● Butter - for greasing the bowl
● Sour - feed
PREPARATION:
1. Take the sausage and cheese, wrap each sausage cheese - to lay down on a plate.
2. Peeled potatoes grate. Add the eggs, flour, salt and seasoning for the potatoes to taste. Mix well.
3. The trays greased with butter, put half of the potato mass. On top lay prepared sausages. Close the remaining potato mixture.
4. Remove the trays in preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180C.
