Steamed chicken balls
Ingredients
500 gms minced chicken
1 tbsp. oil
2-3 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
1/2 tsp. pepper powder (opt)
1 tsp. ging
Directions
1.Blend the mince with the rest of the ingredients, except the rice and make small balls.
2.Drain the soaked rice. Coat the balls with the rice and steam for 15-20 minutes.
3.Serve with corriander chutney.
