The meat is a tenderloin spiced with salt and pepper, cooked at medium temperature (as you have to cook a tenderloin)
Vegetables in a broth reduction and white wine glaze (carrot, zucchini and garlic).
And the sauce is a reduction of red wine, sugar and Rosemary.
