Hi my dear Friends.... Here in South India Winter has already stepped in!... Our skin has a tendency to become dry and rough because of this chill weather...
It is always good to increase the intake of lots of fruit juices containing mainly Vitamin C, along with applying a good body lotion, or Coconut oil ;)!!. This helps us to retain the moisture as well as the good glow of our skin.
So here is a good recipe for a Yummy Juice made from these 4 ingredients, which is rich in vitamins, minerals, iron and other nutrients!!.
Ingredients....
Amla or Gooseberry - 1
Dates - 4
Cardamom - 4
Dry Grapes - 2 teaspoon full.
Add sugar or jaggery powder for sweetness.
Remove the seed of the amla or gooseberry after cutting it with a knife. Blend with other ingredients using a mixer. Add enough water and little sugar according to your taste. Seive and serve.
This can be also served as a smoothie and children will surely love it...
Can be taken in empty stomach or after a busy day in the evening... :)
