Today has been a stressful one, to say the least. I have a nasty habit of eating when I get stressed out so I've had a strong craving to give up on my juice fast today. I know this wasn't simply because my body was telling me that I was hungry. I have not had any hunger pains or any other indication that I wasn't doing right by my body's standards so I was able to stay strong and put food out of my mind. Instead, I kept myself busy by catching up on work, playing outside with all of the kids and practicing yoga.

I made up two pitchers of juice today. The first one was a mix of mangoes, pineapple, and oranges. It was a perfect blend for the morning when I need the extra boost of energy. The second pitcher I made was a green juice made up of spinach, kale, celery, kiwi, chard, romaine lettuce, green apples, and pears. It was sweet, but hearty and filled me up quite a bit throughout the times I would normally eat my lunch and dinner.
I'm hoping that tomorrow won't be quite so difficult to pull through.
