Grid template
preparation:
A) Preheat oven to 200 ° C, up and down.
B) Start beating the eggs until a foamy texture is obtained. You can use both manual and electric rods.
C) Then pour the milk slowly and continue beating. When it is well integrated with the eggs, incorporate the butter. Introduce a few seconds in the microwave to melt.
D) Now take a fine mesh strainer and sift the flour directly over the bowl where you are making the waffle dough. You can sift half cup first, and when you've beaten half to make it easier to mix the flour with the remaining dough. With the second half, incorporate the yeast and the pinch of salt and sift it all together. Beat everything well so that all the ingredients are integrated.

E) When you have obtained a homogeneous mass, incorporate the sugar and continue beating. Once you have the dough ready, it's time to pour into the mold greased with a little butter to prevent sticking waffle. If you only have an individual mold, you must reserve the remaining mass to make the following as they leave the oven.
