Hello steemians! This is a quick-fast dish, espacially suitable for lunch! Ιt takes few minutes and you will have delicious mussels saganaki! Ιf you taste it, you wiil feel the wonder of food! I hope you enjoy it!
Components :
- 1/2 kg of fresh mussels, without shell
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 small hot pepper, cut into rings
- salt
- pepper
Execution Method :
- Rinse and drain mussels well.
- Apply on absorbent paper, cover with a second sheet of paper and lightly press with your palms to dry the remaining water.
- Put the olive oil, water, parsley, hot pepper, salt and pepper in a saucepan over high heat.
- When it starts to boil, pour the mussels and let them boil only 5 minutes (Τhey shouldn't boil anymore, because the gather and harden.
- Remove them from the heat and pour them with lemon juice.
- Serve them immediately.
