For my post workout meal, I have chicken thigh and drumsticks.
Seasoned with spice chips, smoked paprika, chili flakes and coarse ground sea salt. Coated with extra virgin olive oil. 200 Celsius for 40 minutes.
It was pretty good. 35 minutes might be better, it would be softer and juicier, as long as its cooked. I ate around 350g. Also ate this, made by my friend, for the carbs:
Chili burrito with kidney beans, minced beef, tomato sauce, peppers and unknown seasoning. Also stuffed some brown rice for some low GI carbs. 250g of cooked brown rice, around 330 kcal. Total = 800-1000 kcal. I'm still hungry, looking forward to the next meal. Need to reach my daily intake of 2800 kcal...
