smoked chicken 150grm
2tb spoons lemon juice
4tb spoon mayonnaise
salt and pepper
few pieces of pine apple
full cream yogurt400grms
METHOD
Bubble potatoes,peas and carrots independently untill they end up tender.cut apple carrot and potato into little 3D shapes along the pine apple pieces and pour the lemon squeeze over it.gently blend these vegetables and leafy foods little solid shapes of smoked chiken.then include all the blend in a bowl of yogurt and mix well.serve chilly.
