If there is one thing that we love here in Straya it's avocados. Australians LOVE avocados. Avocados are also healthy AF, they are really nutrient-dense with around 20 vitamins and minerals and they are a healthy form of fat. I don't know if I even liked avocados that much when I moved to Australia, but I love them now too! Just like I love vegemite! Plus, look how cute avocados look in a smoothie: 😍
This smoothie is so quick and easy to make, and makes for a great breakfast or afternoon snack. The banana and the honey helps to make the smoothie sweet while still keeping the yummy flavour of the avocado. 😋
Per person I use: Avocado (half), Banana (either a full small banana or half a big banana), Honey (a drizzle, taste test - you can always add more!), Milk (I use almond and coconut milk, or just almond milk, depending on what is in my fridge, and just pour in amount enough to cover my ingredients as shown), Ice Cubes (about 3 or 4 - today I was unorganized and only had one!) 😅
Oh! and a strawberry for decoration, if you want, haha 🍓
Spoon in the avo and the banana 🍌
Lug in your milk, your ice cubes, and drizzle the honey over the top! give it a spin and add more honey to taste if not sweet enough for you! or even a little more banana
