These flat breads are super delicious and filling. They have about 10 grams of fiber and 4 grams of plant sourced omega 3 each patty. They are a great bread replacement for sandwiches or even eat them with just a little butter.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Flax Flour
1/4 cup Chia seed flour
2 eggs and 3 egg whites
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp of almond milk.
Mix all your ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
In a non stick pan put 1 tbsp of butter or coconut oil and drop the batter into a circle to the size you want.
Flip over once golden on each side, like the picture shown.
They can be used to make chicken sandwiches like this one with no carbs. Also burgers or any where you would use bread.
