It's a really good season, because the cherry I love most is ripe. I can eat the fresh cherry only among these days of the year. My elder sister especially send a box cherry to me, (she lives in another city where the temperature is higher and cherries are ripe .) I ate some of them and rest of them I did some dessert, including this cake.
So today I'd like to share with you the chocolate cake. It also often appears on my family's birthday. It is very delicious and simple, don't you want to have a try?
Ingredients:
egg 5
cake flour 80 g
cocoa flour 20 g
sugar 60 g (egg white)
sugar 30 g ( egg yolk)
vegetable oil 65 g
milk 70 ml
topping:
cream 360 ml
sugar 20 g
cherry 100 g
black chocolate 150 g
Instructions:
1 first you need to bake a chocolate cake or sponge cake. in my previous post, I posted it. if you want to look at it, you can click it in here.
2 in the meantime, place some chocalate in a saucepan, heat it over hot water untill it melt. Make sure there is no water in the pot, a drop of water can easily destroy the texture of chocolate.
3 And then pour it into a plate, chill it for about 30 minutes until it is tough. use a spoon to scrape it. finally some chocolate chips is done.
4 cut the cake into two pieces. set aside. place sugar in the whipping cream and whisk the cream until pale and fluffy.
5 take one piece of cake and spread whipping cream on the cake. and then put on the second piece cake. repeated it.
6 sprinkle some chocalate chips on the top. don't touch the chocolate chips with your hand, because It will melts when you touch it. you'd better use scraper or other tools.
7 pip whipped cream on the chips and lastly place cherries on the whipped cream.
