So this is the latest cake I have put together for a lovely couple.
They were having a rustic themed wedding and wanted the cake to fit the brief. Deciding on cupcakes in 4 flavours - vanilla, lemon, chocolate and Pimms, there was also a small top tier 'naked' cake in the Pimms flavour. All were topped with fresh summer fruits and a sprinkle of icing to dust.
