I was never a person to always have the same breakfast over and over everyday. I would always switch it up. But something changed once I tried this specific Oatmeal. I noticed that I would eat it every single morning without fail. It was so satisfying in flavor and fullness, and it would satisfy my hunger for quite sometime. I was sitting down and decided to take quick picture to show you guys.
These are the ingredients I use:
- Oats ( I like both steel cut and instant, I tend to switch these around every now and then depending on the texture I am looking for)
- Protein Powder ( I like Vivo Life Perform Raw Vegan Protein Powder)
- Raw Unsweetened Cacao Powder
- Chia Seeds
- Flax Seeds
- Milk ( I like to use either Almond Milk, Hemp Milk,Rice Milk,Coconut Milk, Oat Milk )
- I throw a Banana afterwords and mush it in.
- Dates ( my all time favorite for this breakfast)
- Frozen Mixed Berries ( Blueberries, Strawberries, Cherries, Raspberries)
- Cinnamon
- Maca Root powder
- I then heat it up in the microwave
- add another banana on top
- Add Mixed nuts ( walnuts, brazil nuts,almonds, any kind you like really)
- almond butter
- and a dash of coconut flakes
