Moi-moi is a special meal prepared from beans eaten in most parts of Nigeria.
The process of preparing this meal is very simple and the result is amazing.
Get your beans into a bowl and add water, begin to use your hand to rub the beans so hard in a way that the back of the bean gets completely peeled off.
Sieve to remove the chaff and add another neat water, repeat the process continually until you have obtained a chaff free beans, soak the bean in a neat water for some time and then take it to the mill for grinding.
Grind it with fresh pepper and onions, after the grinding process, add a little water but make sure it is not watery, add a considerable amount of groundnut oil, add salt and sugar to taste.
If these things are available you can add them but if you cannot get your hands on them, you need not to worry yourself because your moi-moi is still great without it, they are fish, meat and crayfish.
Taste it to be sure that the salt and Maggi condition is okay, then begin to put it different places, some use nylon, some use rubber plates admits other things that can be used and plate it gently into a boiling water, cover it and allow the moi-moi to get properly done.
You can eat your moi-moi with custard, bread and any thing of your choice
