My sister came over to the house today and I must say I am really happy she is around, there are so many reasons why I am happy about her presence but the most important reason is that; I will be able to steal some of her fine clothes and the second one is that she will take over the cooking from me.
I am just really tired of going to the kitchen everyday to cook for everyone, thank God she is around now I cannot even express how happy I am to have her around.
Today, we told her we wanted to eat noodles and she went to get carrot and onion since we did not have them at home.
One thing I love about her cooking is the way she carefully sets the ingredient down in different bowls and arrange them in an order that seem attractive, at this point you will even want to start consuming the food before it gets ready.
The reason why she does not blog about food is what I cannot still explain, maybe because she always have so many things to write about(I can't tell).
I watched as she sliced the carrot and onion carefully into a plate and kept it at a side in the kitchen.
She placed water on heat and added the wraps of noodles into the boiling water, she added the seasoning and the chilli as well, after that she covered the noodles, when the noodles were almost ready she opened it and added the sliced carrot and onion and covered it to steem.
She served us the noodles hot with boiled egg and she even got us a cold glass of juice to step down, only if she knows how well my soul is blessing her for this amazing meal right now. I hope she gets to read this.
Thanks sister, It was as if we had not eaten noodles in a long while, but that is just to remind us that you are now around, welcome home an we love you so much.
