There's a lot of delicious food out in China, but once in a while I do miss Western cooking. Luckily my friend Craig is here and he hosts some cookouts!
This time he made an absolutely amazing slab of pork. It was so unbelievably tender and delicious. My other friend made some awesome coleslaw and pasta salad!
Really a delicious meal and a great evening!
