When I think about the USA one thing instantly comes into my mind: food! Man, I love the way americans are cooking. Burgers, steaks, spear ribs, chicken wings … I think you got the idea!
There is a little place along Cairns esplanade called ‘The Courtyard’. The location is very good, between the skatepark and the lagoon so on a nice day you can go for a snack after you enjoyed yourself at the esplanade. I ordered the Beef Ribs and a friend of mine took the Chicken Schnitzel topped with mushrooms and caramelised onions. The food is delicious and the stuff very friendly. In my opinion the Courtyard is a good place for lunch and especially younger people in bigger groups will enjoy their time there.
