Ingredients:-
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 2 chopped onion.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 2 can black beans.
- 1 can vegetable broth.
- 1 tsp chili powder.
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin.
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
- 1/2 cup sour cream.
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro.
- 1 lime cut into wedges.

Heat olive oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion saute until onion is tender. Stir in garlic, saute 20 seconds.
Add beans, broth, chili powder, cumin and red pepper flakes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until onion is very tender. Remove from heat.
Place half of soup in a blender. Blend on speed until all ingredients are incorporated. Gradually increase to speed until smooth. Stir into remaining soup in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
Black Bean Soup is ready.
Serve with sour cream, cilantro and lime wedges.
