Ingredients:-
- 3 cup of water.
- 2 cup of sugar.
- 1 tbsp grated ginger.
- 1 tsp chopped basil.
- 2 cup og coconut milk.
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice.
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
Method:-
Makes 5 Servings.
Bring water and sugarto a boil in saucepan. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger and basil, lets cool.
Combine syrup, coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon peel, and salt in a blender. Blend on speed 2 minutes.
Pour into square baking dish. Freeze at least overnight.
Scoop into five bowls. Ready to eat.
