Ingredients:-
- 1 cup of maida
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 cup of milk
- 1tbsp cherries
- 1 cup thick curd
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp honey
Method:-
- Heat the oven at 150'c.
- Sieve the maida, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar, add honey, raisins, cherries and curd mix it to prepare a smooth batter.
- Grease the dish with little butter and pour the batter into it.
- Bake at 150'c for 25 - 30 minutes on the low rack.
- Cool the cake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with cold ya hot coffee tea.
