Ingredients:-
- 2 cups kalamata olives.
- 2 tbsp capers.
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 anchovy.
- 2 tsp lemon juice.
- 2 tsp chopped parsley.
- 2 tsp chopped oregana.
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
- 1/2 cup plus.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 2 pounds flank steak.
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning.
Method:-
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
For tapenade, place olive, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, parsley, orange and black pepper in a blender.
Blend on speed 4 to 5 time, with blender running on speed slowly add 1 tbsp olive oil. Being careful not to overprocess.
Heat grill to medium heat. Rub remaining
1 tbsp olive oil over steak and season with cajun seasoning.Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium rare.
Grilled Flank Steak is ready.
Thinly slice flank steak and serve with tapenade.
